We are friendly, professional and caring, and completely focused on providing you with the very best service and eye care. Janelle Coates is our optometrist, with over twenty-five years post-graduate experience. Janelle graduated from the University of New South Wales with first class honours, winning four final year university prizes for clinical optometry and research, also being named the Faculty Scholar.

At EyesWest we enhance your eyecare experience with a Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT. The Optical Coherence Tomographer (OCT) takes high quality, highly accurate cross-sectional images of your retina safely and painlessly, allowing your eyes to be visualised as never before. It gives us the best possible information to make important clinical judgements about your eyes.
Eye exam

As an optometrist, I detect, diagnose, treat and manage eye health and vision conditions that affect your eyesight. I can also in some instances identify general health conditions that are first detected via an eye exam. I also provide referrals to eye surgeons (ophthalmologists) for more complex eye conditions.
