Services
Dental Clinic Design
Our dental clinic design service creates customised spaces that enhance patient comfort and staff workflow. We collaborate closely with dentists to develop layouts that integrate advanced technology, ergonomic considerations, and branding elements. Each design balances aesthetic appeal with practical functionality, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a welcoming environment for patients and practitioners alike.
Construction
As a design-and-construct firm, we manage all construction phases in-house. Our team handles structural modifications, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing touches to exacting standards. By maintaining direct oversight, we guarantee timelines, budgets, and quality control while minimising disruptions for clients during the build process.
Site Analysis
We evaluate potential sites for dental practices, considering zoning laws, accessibility, and spatial efficiency. Our analysis identifies opportunities and constraints to ensure selected locations align with operational goals. This service extends to market research and cost-benefit assessments, helping clients make informed decisions about practice locations.
Turnkey Solutions
Our turnkey approach provides a single point of contact for complete clinic development. From initial concept to final handover, we coordinate design, approvals, construction, and compliance documentation. This integrated model reduces administrative burdens for clients while ensuring cohesive execution of their vision.
Architectural Services
We offer comprehensive architectural services tailored to dental practices, including concept development, 3D visualisations, and building permits. Our designs prioritise workflow efficiency, infection control zones, and patient privacy. By combining industry knowledge with creative problem-solving, we create spaces that reflect each practice's unique identity and operational needs.

Sam and the team at Create Dental are highly recommended for your next clinic build/refurbishment. They are professional, responsive and you get what you pay for. We have used their services 4 times over 3 clinics now and each time there are no massive budget blow outs or extra time required to complete. They can work around you in some cases so there is less downtime. Issues (though rare and small) are always rectified quickly.

Sam, Ben and the team at Create Dental are the best at what they do. Sam did a small job for me about five years ago. I was so impressed with his work and decided to engage him again for my dental practice fit-out in Caroline Springs. Sam is an excellent communicator; is knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and has great attention to detail. Sam has helped me with various issues surrounding construction. After completion, Sam checks to make sure everything is working perfectly and ensures minor issues are corrected promptly. Create Dental team has excellent work ethics, great personality and will

For anyone looking for an exceptional and experienced dental builder, I highly recommend Sam Russell from Create Dental. He has recently built our dream practice, without us having to worry about any details. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want within your budget and delivers on time too! We managed to build this practice while still operating from our old site without losing a day of production, and Sam also accommodates our lifestyle as we have kids and even held meetings at our home so we can make this happen efficiently. We would not have been able to do this without
