I have been seeing Glenda now for approx 2 months and have recently started a detox program to help with GI symptoms and hormonal imbalance. 2 weeks into the program and i feel great! My symptoms have improved and i have even lost 4 kg so far which is an added bonus! I have had to take quite a few supplements in the short term help but it does seem to be doing the trick and worth it.

I went to Your Wellness Centre to ask about weight loss. I changed what I was eating and added more veg and extra water and did lose weight. Ying and Glenda are lovely people. Very informative and attentive. They sent me an email between my appointments to ask how I was going. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Anita.
