The New Crossing Place Motel & Apartments is a family owned and operated business. The Pearce family built the motel in the mid 1970's and continue to operate the business to this day. As a freehold owner the Pearce Family are continually re investing in the business with constant improvements and expansion to keep up with customer expectations needs and wants.

We are continually reinvesting in our facilities and offerings, as a freehold owner we are constantly reinvesting in our business. In 2017 we opened 10 new apartments to cater for a market crying out to be serviced.
