Overall quite unhelpful and very expensive for doing practically nothing. They took the engine apart, decided they couldnt fix it, told me that either the cylinder head or helicoil needed replacement and was something they couldnt do. Then told me it would be cheaper to replace the whole engine, and they couldnt do that either! What kind of mechanics are these people? Seriously!!! then told me the car wasnt worth it (2013 Honda Jazz in excellent condition otherwise, just over 100 thousand kms on it) so they left it in pieces and offered no further assistance.
