Bodyunity Osteopathic Medicine
If you want hands on quality treatment including spinal manipulation, deep tissue massage, dry needling and rehabilitation then we are interested in helping you. Our patient's deserve the latest, medical approaches to the management of their health. We have found the typical conditions that we treat are back and neck pain, sports and work injuries, headaches, and muscle/joint sprains and strains.

A lot of these acute issues can often stem back to poor posture or faulty movement patterns and we can help change these for the long term. Obviously we cater for the baby boom in Elwood- treating mums and bubs. We value a personal, friendly, long term approach to motivating you to live a healthier and happier life.

Loren's favourite part about being an osteopath is not only providing care to manage pain and injuries, but the privilege of getting to know and understand people and learn about their unique stories.Loren enjoys treating a wide range of issues including back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and headaches as well as pregnancy related pain.

Your therapist will expect to see positive results within 2-4 treatments for common symptoms. However, it must be emphasised that each individual is unique therefore some people will require more or less treatment before their symptoms improve.

Government and medical studies have consistently shown osteopathy to be less expensive, use fewer drugs and have higher patient satisfaction than conventional medical care for back, neck and other musculoskeletal pain. No, simply make an appointment with a Bodyunity practitioner directly. Like going to the dentist, you do not need a referral from your GP, however increasingly GP's are referring patients to osteopaths.
