My wife rung yesterday morning to get her front break pads changed, the owner asked her if the discs need to be machined, she said no they are good. When she walked in the office 2 men stared at her & she awkwardly had to force something out of them which was being told to park the car in the workshop and be back in 15. She asked the owner if he… wanted her to pay - “well not yet, I can’t give ya a price until I have ya details” took details then didn’t take payment anyway until after. The worst experience that I have, worst customer relationship. They took 1 whole day to change my radiator and after changing, heater stopped working. They asked me drop the car and pick it up next day. Next… day when I picked up they said every is fine, but still my heater is not working. I was just checking over there, he was really rude to me and asked me to get fckin car out of here. Very rude and unprofessional. Please don't go there for your good.
