The autumn brings an ideal time for tree maintenance. The cooler temperatures make it more comfortable to work outside, there are far fewer leaves in the way, and best of all, most tree diseases and parasites are less active in the cooler weather - so you can perform more tree surgery without the risk of killing your trees entirely.

You may also need to remove the trees in order to be able to properly carry out a design plan.
Stump Grinding

Once a tree is removed you will be left with a tree stump inches above the ground, and in many cases, the stumps can re-grow. All tree care use a range of stump grinders to remove the smaller shrubs to the larger size trees, leaving you an area to replant. The tree stump is ground down to wood chip which can be used around the garden.

Although forest trees grow quite well with only nature's pruning, landscape trees require a higher level of care to maintain their safety and aesthetics. Pruning should be done with an understanding of how the tree responds to each cut. Improper pruning can cause damage that will last for the life of the tree, or worse, shorten the tree's life.
