We used Sydney Plumbing Hot Water to replace our very old Gas Hot water heater. As this invoicing removing an existing inside heater and replacing it with a model that goes outside, that came out to have a look as in was not a quick replace. They came out looked at the job, quoted and then arranged to have the job done then and there. No wait time. The work was efficient, the men polite and respectful. We needed someone to look at our gas heater that kept crackling and stopping. I sent an email for a service call at night. I had a response within 30mins to organise an appointment which they were happy to attend the next day to do a service.
