We believe that our tennis lessons are the best in Sydney. Paul McNamara is a Tennis Australia High Performance Coach and is the Head Coach of the Academy.
He has over 18 years of experience coaching tennis from beginners to advanced players. He has travelled to over 20 countries around the world playing tennis tournaments and enhancing his coaching skills. He is also the long-time coach and mentor of Mayez Elrich and Zara Brankovic. Both players have achieved National titles under his guidance.

PTA was established in 2005 to cater for the more advanced player. We specialise in developing the elite junior or senior player and aiding their progression to a higher level. Our coaches are renowned for having an excellent work ethic and for being goal oriented, ensuring that players achieve what they set out to.
Cardio Tennis

You don't have to be Rafael Nadal or Sam Stosur to enjoy the energising workout that is Cardio Tennis! Constant movement is the focus as a Tennis Australia qualified coach guides you through a series of fun and heart-pumping drills that cater for all abilities and fitness levels. Participants wear heart rate monitors, exercise to music, use low-compression balls and a variety of equipment, including agility ladders.

We prefer that applicants display a reasonable ability to play tennis, but it is not essential. If we decide you are right for the position, the necessary training will be provided.
