As an extreme outdoors athlete/ enthusiast living and competing in some of the worlds most harshest environments for many years I now realise I need to take more care of myself. Better late then never I guess. My body was and still is continually being exposed to harsh arctic winds, UV, sea water, extreme heat and dry weather.

This depends on your skin colour/ type, where in the world you live (exposure to UV in the sun's rays), and whether you spend a lot of time outdoors. You sometimes have to try a product to know if it's right for you, however, the principle is to treat your skin gently. Vitamin A (which increases skin-turnover and boosts collagen production), is a close second, however.
