Recommend not to stay here. management randomly came to my room with all sorts of abusive accusations. very disturbing experience

Neat and tidy room. Unfortunately the manager on 18-04-2021 was extremely aggressive and scaring me when we were 30min late from checking out. Having a nice sleep and waking up to aggression at the door was beyond rude and unprofessional.

I can't actually rate the rooms and amenities as we didn't get past the office and driveway. We were on the road and looking for something comfortable for the night. Google showed this motel so we pulled into the driveway, drove past the office to see what the place was like. There was an older man watering the garden. He didn't tell us he was the manager, so we started to go to the office. Then it was locked and the man came very slowly and finally got the door open. Looking at the state of the office, I was starting to have 2nd thoughts. We asked about availability and he said for 1 or 2 people

I didn't even get the chance to stay.. I asked for a room was told the price. I said it was a little more than I expected..the man at the desk said ,,"get out i don't want you here. Your not good enough get out" I'm a middle aged lady working for a company that Will never use this place again

During recent bush fire evacuation I arrived at this motel. To my total amazement I was met by a most abnoxious man who told me to get out and never come back. I was so surprised - words failed me - again I was told to get out - he didnt like me and hearing him shout at the top of his voice I took off slowly. Despite being 84 years of age- slightly incapacitated I left - NEVER to return.

Very accommodating. Which is always a plus for accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff compliment a nostalgic motor inn experience. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

It's ok nothing flash for $150:00 a night its to expensive but there is only 2 motels in Richmond near Syd so we stay there.
