In Dec 2016 I had a 17.5 kw ESP Platinum installed One would think that spending 12K in a new build that you would get what you pay for, apparently not. This week I’ve had to spend another $3000 fixing or adding what was never completed, • Install New Rubber, iso-mounts and metal plate to outdoor unit. • Relocate ACM module, Fix drains and… seal up indoor unit • Install 10 Manual dampers, new R/A duct, duct rectification. Product was ok, but the communication from this company has been absolutely appalling. Nearly all of my contact with the company from day one was emails and follow up calls just to get a response from them. I have been waiting for them to come back out and look at my unit as I believe it has a fault but again no contact and i have more or less just given up.

What an amazing company. Products are so much better than the off the shelf retail models I have seen. Lower power consumption and diverse control features make these air conditioning units by far the best in the Perth market. I recommend Perth Solar and Air Conditioning Installation and Service providers in Malaga Western Australia for all of your air conditioning and solar requirements. We are now saving money thanks to Infiniti Air and Solar.

Our central home air con/ heater stopped working over 3 weeks ago, the system was only installed in our new home 14 months ago we have contacted Infinity Air numerous of times in that 3 weeks via email, phone and sending several enquires through their website with not one returned phone call or email not one acknowledgement. Infinity warranty service is poor.

The service was all good and well when we bought the a/c system had all the attention in the world but getting someone back out to fix our problems with it is very poor been waiting way to long and that’s not good enough to anyone looking to install a/c I’d recommend go elsewhere

Updated: Called again to set up a quote and installation and things could not have gone better, Quote was suitable so arranged for installation and everything was done really well, all the team that came to install it were very professional and easy to get along with. Great Job done. Terrible (potential) customer service, I cant say anything in regards to the quality of the product as they will not even respond to my emails trying to get a quote for AC and Solar installation. After initial contact from them when I said I would get a quote once settlement on the property went through, and now either
