Mums and Bubs classes have been an essential component to Thirroul Physiotherapy, catering for mothers with children aged from 6 weeks and older. We are providing a service that delivers safe and appropriate exercise following pregnancy. Each class is 60 minutes in length focusing on posture, pelvic floor, core activation, strengthening and stretching.
