I cut my finger this evening, with no pharmacys open near home I decided to make the trip to the Baldivis Pharmacy, the staff members were more than helpful and full of information. I would recommend them to everyone!

Inconsistencies with instructions from staff and effective labelling of medications. Poor Customer Service or compassion when their mistakes have been made, causing US to be out of pocket. Wouldnt recommend

Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to provide a high standard of customer service. Staff won't hesitate to advise you on the best choice of product for your ailment. Be sure to grab yourself a bag of Darrel Lea licorice during your visit - never fails to boost the mood. Late night visits are catered for with extended opening hours, although security can at times be a little grumpy. 100% would recommend this pharmacy!

Waiting too long for script this morning when it was pretty empty. secondly and most importantly you DO NOT substitute the brand without asking permission first. offering to switch to the scripted brand after is not good enough specially after waiting so long in first place. plus you are very expensive. therefore would not recommend
