Switchboard Manufacture
We design and build custom low, medium, and high voltage electrical switchboards to Australian/New Zealand Standard AS3439.1 2002. Our Type Tested assemblies ensure safety and durability for industrial applications including mining, construction, and power generation. With in-house electrical engineering capabilities, we deliver switchboards that meet specific client requirements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our CNC laser cutting, turret punching, and folding capabilities handle steel, aluminium, and stainless steel up to 3m in length. We produce custom components from one-off prototypes to bulk orders, including structural parts, enclosures, and architectural features. With AS1665-certified welding for aluminium alloys, we ensure precision and quality across diverse industrial applications.
Powder Coating
We apply durable powder coatings using electrostatic application and industrial curing ovens, handling items up to 8 meters in length.
