Hangree Catering Chef & Owner, Vanessa, has 15 years of experience as a Chef & trained at the Hotel InterContinental Sydney.

Before "Hangree", she previously owned & created the very successful "Butternut Cafe" in Springwood, Blue Mountains. Preparing food for any occasion can be stressful & time-consuming. I want my customers to enjoy delish food at their event, without having to worry about preparing food for their guests.

7 mouth-watering wedding packages to choose from the below banquet or canape packages or customize any package to suit your special day. Bite sized finger food can be served by our waitstaff to your guests, with the option of a grazing table. Additional charges apply on top of packages, if extra equipment is required at your venue, such as ovens, cool rooms, cooking appliances, cutlery, plates, glasses, table cloths, napkins, bins, etc.
