Services
Laser Cutting
Our 16 TRUMPF laser systems deliver pinpoint accuracy (0.15mm) for flat and formed components. Capable of cutting stainless steel up to 25mm, aluminium up to 20mm, and mild steel up to 30mm. Specialising in complex geometries with rapid turnaround times.
CNC Machining
Three HAAS CNC milling machines handle complex components from billet material. Experienced machinists with 20+ years expertise produce high-precision parts up to 1.2m in length. Supports both low and high-volume production runs with tight tolerances.
Metal Folding
Six press brakes handle folding tasks up to 3m length and 16mm thickness. Utilising SolidWorks software for precision engineering. Capable of complex bends with guaranteed accuracy for both simple and intricate metal components.
Welding Services
Combining robotic and manual MIG/TIG welding for superior quality. Specialised in aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel welding. Robotic systems ensure consistency for mass production while manual welders handle custom requirements with 1mm precision.
Tube Cutting
Two dedicated tube cutting systems handle RHS, angle, and C-channel materials. Capable of 12m lengths with diameters up to 250mm. Features bevel cutting up to 45, slotting, and etching for custom metal frameworks and structural components.
Questions
What materials can you cut with your lasers?
We cut stainless steel (0.55-25mm), aluminium (0.8-20mm), and mild steel (0.7-30mm). New fibre lasers now handle copper and brass materials.
Do you offer fabrication services beyond cutting?
Yes, we provide folding (up to 16mm thick), robotic welding, CNC machining, surface finishing, and assembly services at selected locations.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 5 working days from approval, with urgent requests accommodated through our national network's capacity.
Can you handle formed component cutting?
Our 5-axis lasers cut formed components up to 2450x1000x650mm with thicknesses up to 16mm mild steel or 8mm stainless/aluminium.
What file formats do you accept for quotes?
We prefer DXF/DWG files but accept 3D models (STEP/IGES) and PDFs. Maximum email file size is 20MB for initial quoting purposes.
Are you ISO certified?
Our Adelaide facility holds ISO 9001 quality certification, ensuring consistent standards across all manufacturing processes and documentation.
