My wife and I travel into the country towns and I have to say the Cootamundra Heritage Motel was one of the more pleasant experiences we have had. Great room, very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Wonderful staff location & accommodation. Excellent to deal with as our group needs fluctuated or I just forgot something. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing stay. I was unable to watch the TV for 90% of the time whilst staying there, no reception. They also advertise WIFI, but that is none existence also. I would recommend staying elsewhere if you are planning to chill in your room in between shifts. If I had a choice, I would not stay here again.

No room service for a two nights stay on the account there is a pandemic! One would have thought during a health pandemic we need to be extra clean. No, we are expected to just rinse , wine glasses, plates etc ourselves without using cleaning agents. We were told there is a tea towel to wipe food scraps. Then You are also expected to pay full price for the deficit of service! What a shame - potentially we would have liked to stay in this hotel regularly but now we have to think twice.

I enjoyed my night stay here. The place is heritage-style from the outside but elegantly comfortable and nicely renovated internally. Rooms are very spacious and have nice balconies! Bathrooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Customer service was good. Location is good too. Would stay here again.

Lovely location. Comfortable fairly spacious rooms. Could do with an upgrade. Mostly in the bathroom. Spoke to the lovely lady on the desk who told me it is happening soon. Still very comfortable clean accommodation. I hope the price doesn't go up when the Renos are done as they are in the higher range for Cootamundra as is.

Very nice and comfortable, showers were large and clean, bed large and comfy, view out the back was great, banks on to the golf course. The lady sent us to the country club next door for tea which was awesome too.
