Purchased a chandelier on 15/6/20 that claimed it was ‘In Stock’ on their website, received a phone call a couple of days later informing me that in fact it wasnt in stock and would be a 4 week wait. Waited 2… weeks and did not receive item or call, waited a further week and decided to call them only to be informed it would be another 4 weeks. I needed some exhaust fans in a hurry, and asked Michael to price match, which he did. He then went out of his way to arrange for the fans to come from Melbourne, and was completely honest about freight times. I will be shopping with these guys in future for any and all lights we need. Great service.
