My partner and I go to this chemist fortnightly, (have done so for 5+ years) for our regular medications and never had an issue. Staff are polite, helpful, and well informed. Wait times are usually low, the premises are clean and well organised. Staff are following Covid direction, and when staff are used as a shouting post for a disgruntled customer, they handle the situation well. There is a genuine level of care and compassion by staff here, and will do their best every time to help.

Absolutely disgusting service. Even with an exemption not only was I continued to ask to wear a mask, just wanted my sons antibiotics. Been going there since April. When I asked for a mask I was told No!! So putrid behaviour. Hope your ashamed of yourself. Wont mention her name, no one deserves to be spoken down to or belittled for having an exemption. FYI your not allowed to ask for proof. You don't wear a badge. Read the laws before going to work today .

Three times have dispensed medicine and then complained weeks later we never gave them the script? How can they dispense an S8 drug without a script 3 times? They complained to GP who said that Medicare shows the script was given and never processed elsewhere after investigation 4 months later. Don’t know how much theft is there but very sterile place and impersonally not caring despite what phone message says. Staff never wash hands after holding container or scripts etc after each customer had, nor their money and cards pre covid. Infection breeding ground. Wash your hands!

WORST PHARMACY EVER. Wish I could give them no stars. The staff are rude and grossly incompetent. I stood at the front of the line for five minutes waiting to be served, while 5 pharmacist/cashiers refused to serve or assist any body. Then when someone finally did decide to do the job that they are employed to do, they come over and decide to serve the lady that was the last to join the line despite me and another man waiting there before her??? I just left and walked out of this place without buying what I went in there for instead of having to deal with the useless staff members. DO NOT SHOP

First class pharmacy with a huge range & excellent staff. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly & assisted. I found out that I suffer from sleep apnoea & the girls Sharon, Georgia & Chantelle from the sleep department helped through the entire process. From the initial test to purchasing my machine, these lovely ladies helped every step. I rented a machine through the pharmacy until I worked out what was best for me. The girls set everything up & helped me choose the best mask to suit my sleep style. I hardly know its on when I use it. They are there for any ongoing support that I may
