Physiotherapy
Our comprehensive physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain through evidence-based treatments. We combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries. Each treatment plan is tailored to individual needs, incorporating the latest clinical research and techniques.
Sports Physiotherapy
Specialised sports physiotherapy focuses on injury prevention, acute injury management, and performance enhancement for athletes at all levels. Our physiotherapists with sports science backgrounds create rehabilitation programs that address sport-specific demands, ensuring safe return to play while optimising physical function and reducing re-injury risks.
Womens Health Physiotherapy
Targeted physiotherapy services for women address pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Our female physiotherapists provide pre- and postnatal exercise programs, posture correction, and management strategies for conditions like diastasis recti and pelvic girdle pain, promoting maternal health and wellbeing.
Physiotherapy Pilates
Small-group clinical Pilates classes focus on core stability, posture improvement, and injury prevention under physiotherapist supervision. These sessions use modified exercises tailored to individual capabilities, enhancing core strength, flexibility, and body awareness while accommodating specific musculoskeletal conditions.
Pre and Post Surgical Physiotherapy
Comprehensive surgical rehabilitation programs support patients before and after orthopaedic procedures. Prehabilitation optimises physical condition pre-surgery, while post-operative care follows surgeon protocols to restore mobility, strength, and function through progressive rehabilitation tailored to surgical outcomes and recovery timelines.
