We can prepare and double-check your medications so it is conveniently organised for you. We can help you manage your prescriptions so that you don't run out of medication. Your pills or capsules are sealed in separate compartments on the Webster-pak dosage card. To take your medicine you push the blister pack contents through the foil backing.

If you are a member of AIA Vitality you may be eligible for a free Health Check and earn AIA Vitality reward points. The TWCM Health Check will take about 15 minutes and includes blood pressure, total cholesterol, glucose, BMI measures. An assessment will be made by a pharmacist once completed. You can book online for a Health Check above.

Really disappointing experience.
Checked in, queued up and spoke to the Chemist (Scott) about a pack of Rapid Antigen Tests. He and the other chemist on duty advised me that the order had just come in (yet to be unpacked) and the front counter would be able to help.
The rude and officious woman at the front counter had other ideas. After waiting patiently to be served, I was told that it was currently 10:40 and the oder doesn't arrive till 11. I explained that the order had indeed arrived as per the advice of the chemists, and was waiting to be unpacked. Again, she rudely told me that the order

Recently attended this chemist for my Covid vaccination . Unfortunately found the older woman at the back counter (short with blonde bob-cut) processing my vaccination details, quite hostile and unfriendly.
The rest of the staff including the male pharmacist and girls at the front counter were pleasant.

My local pharmacy for 18yrs never needed prescriptions and thinking I had lost my medical certificate from the hospital, I went in to get a medical certificate for work. I definitely was treated as a second class citizen. When I presented my hospital admission and had a huge operation scar just 2 days old apologies were profuse. Would you go there for a flu certificate, no probably not when I left I didn't think I would ever go back. I still feel animosity towards this chemist

Best advice and care from a pharmacist we have ever received! Took a good 20 minutes talking with us about our current issue and talking us through the treatment.
Great sense of humour too, what an asset to the town! I wish we could take him back with us to Ballarat!

We arrived from Melbourne we had forgotten my husband's sleep mask it was closing time. Scott & staff were so helpful and we hired a mask for our week's holiday. Thought ok crisis is over but know next day realized forgot one of our medications again helpful in referring us to local doctor to get a script now we enjoyed our holiday thankyou to Scott and his amazing staff knowledgeable and friendly wish we could give more than 5 stars Anne & Arthur

AMAZING PHARMACISTS!
By far the best pharmacist in the area. They always go above and beyond to answer advice well and offer really practical solutions. I literally drive past 2 other pharmacies to go here because the advice offered is so much better than anywhere else. Even the cashiers are knowledgeable and always ask the pharmacist if they don't know.
After years of insomnia I got some advice from here about natural options that have been incredibly helpful, and better for my health.
Would have given 100 starts if i could,
