Searipple Karratha is an accommodation village that was built and is operated by Fleetwood Pty Ltd. Fleetwood is a modular builder and purchased Searipple in the late eighties when it was a Caravan Park. The park was developed firstly into a construction camp and more recently into the modular accommodation village that can be seen today.
