Stay was fine. Receptionist was very blunt and not the most hospitable man, hoping he was having an off day and didnt treat every customer like that. Bond was not disclosed until arrival which I found quite strange, and room was modern but had a few bumps and scratches.

False advertising, not like the photos they have posted. - dirty bed sheets - stains on walls - everything dirty - broken power points - not a comfortable environment at all

Reception was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Gave us an early check in. Booked a one bedroom executive apartment, beautiful. First time to Melbourne and they made to my first impression great. Will definitely stay with them again. We stayed in docklands, don't need a car, everything is within walking distance. Thanks guys

The apparent doesnt include all whats advertised on booking websites, arrived to the property and was disappointed as what we expected wasnt there, wanted to escalated the issue to the property manager, but he basically showed us the I dont care attitude , with him yelling on the phone and demonstrating very poor customer service
During the stay , the Appartments lacks Basic things , example we booked a 4+ people appartment but there was only 3 towels and 3 body wash soaps provided , so each one was allowed to have just one shower !

Overall we had a fantastic stay with ACD Apartments. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment on the 13th floor and the view of the docks and surrounding city buildings was beautiful (especially at night). This was also enhanced by the large window in our apartment which covered two walls in the open dining/kitchen/lounge area. Everything in the apartment was clean and neat when we checked in (though there were some stains on the carpet, but it IS carpet after all...). They also provided basic bathroom amenities (soaps, toilet paper etc.) and there were many kitchen utensils and equipment in the

Lovely apartments situated in the Melbourne Docklands. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment over the weekend. The apartment was honestly great value for what we paid and we had great views overlooking the water. Very clean facility in general, would definitely rebook.

Mid week prices make this place great value. I had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and it was spacious and had some great views of the dock and the eye. Kitchen has all the essential appliances and bathrooms were alot nicer than most hotel bathrooms. The apartment was showing minor signs of wear like some missing dimmer knobs, scuffed floors and marks on the wall but none of these things really affect the quality of your stay. I really enjoyed staying here and I will be back again.
