Such an awful experience using this company. From the moment they ‘forgot’ to collect my uncles body, flowers on the coffin that were half dead to being late to the actual funeral.. Total and utter incompetence on such a hard day. Staff who have no empathy, compassion or people skills. Would never recommend them!

Prosser Scott looked after my grandfather and were absolutely wonderful, from allowing us time with him through to the funeral itself, they went above and beyond to make it as pleasant of an experience as possible.

What do they say? The only certainities in life are death and taxes. Neither are going to go away any time soon. Nobody likes funerals. It generally means that someone you love and cared about has passed away. In the past few years I have had to attend several of them. All of them were organised by the staff at Prosser Scott in Subiaco. The level of professionalism and compassion that the staff here have shown has been outstanding.
