Over 40 years ago, back in 1974, Shieldguard was established by Alan and Wendy Robinson. From their home basement in Emerald, the company has progressed through premises in Brunswick, Malvern and Mont Albert, to its current base of the last 12 years in Mitcham.
Over this time of continuous operation, the experience and knowledge gained has meant we have become one of Melbourne's oldest and most respected manufacturers of quality security products.Today, still a family concern, the business is managed by Alan and Wendy's son Tim and his wife Kim. Together with their staff they continue to successfully expand the business, maintaining and building on its enviable reputation.

Manufactured from steel and wrought iron, they give a great appearance to any area fitting into new or existing style whilst providing safety and control functions. Our balustrades are hot dip galvanised and powder coated for best rust protection and long life. Installation by our company is included.
