Boat Trailers
Custom-built aluminium boat trailers designed for monohulls and catamarans. Our trailers use marine-grade materials to ensure corrosion resistance and longevity. Each trailer is engineered to match the vessel's hull shape for optimal support and towing efficiency, reducing maintenance needs while maintaining compliance with Australian standards.
Plant Trailers
Heavy-duty trailers for transporting plant and industrial equipment. Constructed with reinforced aluminium frames to handle demanding loads. Designed for durability in rugged environments, these trailers feature low-maintenance support systems and are adaptable to various machinery specifications while maintaining lightweight performance.
Trailers Over 4.5T
Specialist trailers exceeding 4.5-tonne capacity for commercial and industrial applications. Engineered with torsion axles for stability and shock absorption. These trailers incorporate custom support structures to safely transport oversized equipment, complying with Australian heavy-vehicle regulations while optimising towing efficiency.

Tailored trailer solutions for unique requirements beyond standard categories. Our team designs and fabricates bespoke trailers for niche applications, including government and border protection services. Each build uses precision engineering and high-grade materials to meet specific operational demands while ensuring long-term reliability.

Questions
How do you custom-design trailers without seeing my boat?
We use CAD software and hull shape templates. If unavailable, we provide measurement guides for clients to complete remotely.
Why choose aluminium over steel trailers?
Aluminium offers superior corrosion resistance and is lighter while maintaining strength, reducing towing weight and maintenance needs.
What maintenance do your trailers require?
Our designs minimise maintenance needs, but we recommend regular checks of axles, lights, and structural components for safety compliance.
Do you service non-Duralite trailers?
Yes, our Rockingham workshop provides repairs and maintenance for all trailer brands and types.
How long does a custom build take?
Lead times vary based on specifications, but we prioritise efficient production while maintaining quality standards.
What areas do you service?
We operate nationwide across Australia, offering shipping and local support from our Rockingham facility.

The team at Duralite Trailers have impressed me with their high levels of professionalism and construction standards. I have had 3 trailers recently custom designed and built for my employer, all to a very pleasing level of satisfaction. Jordan and his crew really take pride in understanding your requirements and making the brief fit the job. They are not your traditional 'tradies' but true craftsmen who really make it their business to produce trailers which are both functional and also innovative. Five stars from me!!!

Darren, Jordan, Steve and the whole team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the design and build of our custom 4.5T dual axle boat trailer. Their quality is second to none and I'm extremely happy with the finished product. Their after sales support has also been brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone.
