Leak Detection

Our advanced leak detection service uses thermal imaging and pressure testing to pinpoint hidden water leaks in bathrooms. Licensed plumbers identify issues in pipes, waterproofing membranes, and fixtures without destructive testing. This precision approach saves time and money while ensuring accurate repairs that meet Australian Standards AS3740.

ALSS SuperSeal

The ALSS SuperSeal method permanently stops shower leaks without removing tiles. Using epoxy-based sealants injected into grout lines and critical junctions, we create watertight barriers while preserving bathroom aesthetics. This cost-effective solution typically completes in 3-4 hours with minimal disruption to homeowners.

Shower Retiling

For severe cases with cracked or loose tiles, our traditional retiling method removes damaged surfaces, applies new waterproofing membranes, and installs fresh tiles. This comprehensive approach follows AS3740 standards for long-term protection against water damage while enhancing bathroom appearance.

Bathroom Renovations

We transform bathrooms with full renovations that combine functional improvements and aesthetic upgrades. From modern fixtures to custom layouts, our team handles all aspects including plumbing, tiling, and waterproofing. Projects include 7-year workmanship warranties for tiling and waterproofing components.

Plumbing Repairs

Our licensed plumbers address burst pipes, blocked drains, and faulty fixtures using industry-approved techniques. Services include hot water system repairs, backflow prevention, and waste pipe replacements that ensure optimal bathroom functionality while complying with safety regulations.

Questions

How do I know if my shower has a leak?

Look for missing grout, cracked tiles, water-damaged walls, wet floors outside bathrooms, or ceiling damage below showers. These signs indicate potential water leaks requiring professional attention.

What makes ALSS different from other plumbers?

We specialise exclusively in bathroom leaks with patented SuperSeal technology that fixes leaks without tile removal. Our 25+ years experience and 0.1% callback rate demonstrate superior expertise compared to general plumbing services.

Do you offer warranties on repairs?

Yes, we provide a 7-year workmanship warranty on tiling and waterproofing. Our leak repairs also include standard guarantees that cover the specific work performed.

Can you repair leaks in older bathrooms?

Our methods work for both modern and older bathrooms. The SuperSeal solution often fixes issues without disturbing original tiles, while traditional retiling addresses severe cases regardless of bathroom age.

How quickly can you complete repairs?

Most SuperSeal repairs finish within 3-4 hours. Traditional retiling typically takes 1-2 days depending on bathroom size and complexity, with minimal disruption to your daily routine.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

All technicians hold current licenses (number 127627C) and we maintain full insurance coverage. Compliance with Safe Work Australia standards ensures your protection throughout the repair process.
