I purchased the 35 flat top griddle because its probably the best version available in the UK, however, it does have a few flaws. The burners are not quite close enough to the griddle to reach adequate temperatures for searing properly, this is a propane griddle, so this should not be a problem at all, plus the burners are often problematic in lighting? The griddle top is manufactured from stainless steel, which would probably be ideal on a smaller version, but not on the 35 version as the top has warped and now has a large sunken bow in it, this makes it difficult to clean with scrapers
