I have just completed my first ever subdivision of the family home into 3 blocks and have been very impressed with Dion's professionalism. From getting the survey plans into council on the 6/6/2020 to having titles issued 18/11/2020 has been an incredible turn around!
Dion has ensured that I can get started on building 2 new properties (one for myself and one for my son) and be able to take advantage of the government grants currently on hand.
