If you ever have your car stolen and the police locate it, this is one of the towing companies you may need to visit. The staff are helpful and they didn't mind a laugh as well, but when it comes to paying for the tow, get ready with the bank loan. Just remember your the victim and you need to pay.

A highly unprofessional organisation. My car got towed into their garage. Although the Council told me that they open on Saturdays 8am - 12pm, I called them and they told me that theyll have to send one of their guys to open the office for me. After they told me to come outside their office in 30 minutes time, they made me wait outside for over 1 hour. After I called them over 5 times, the customer service person was very rude and started threatening me over the phone that he can make it really bad for me and can send that driver back. Neil & the boys went above & beyond. Picked up all the scattered tools across the highway & rang me to let me know that my employee was on the way to hospital. Even helped load the tools into another vehicle later whilst standing in the rain. Amazing service.

This company comes highly recommended. They were entrusted with the care and transport of our old 1966 Jaguar which had not been driven for 30 years. This car did not run and had no brakes. It had to be moved sideways firstly and then down a narrow 45 degree sloped driveway (with no brakes) onto a ridiculously narrow dead-end street. It took seven men three hours. And not a swear word was uttered. (Ok that's a lie). And they delivered it after dark the day before Christmas. Other companies ran away scared! Who gives service like that nowadays? Well done team.
