Medeco Inala is a Bulk Billing Practice. We believe that as a General Practice we must make a massive contribution to the everyday lives of our community. We aim to not only expertly diagnose and treat physical ailment, but also support our community's collective wellbeing. Services are bulk billed, and doctors available from 6pm Weekdays, midday on Saturdays, and all day on Sundays and Public Holidays.
If you require urgent medical attention, please dial 000 for assistance and ask for an ambulance. This ensures waiting time is kept to a minimum. All patients are provided with a standard appointment time but can obtain a longer appointment on request. This surgery is well equipped to perform ECG's, immunisations, minor procedures and a variety of other services.

Our Doctors

Dr Matt Young has been a General Practitioner for 25 years, and currently co-owns and practises at Medeco Inala. Medeco Inala recently won the RACGP Qld and Australian General Practice of the Year for 2018. Matt is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland Medical School, and is a regular AMA Qld Doctor Q columnist on GP issues.

At Medeco Inala, we are fortunate to have many specialists and allied health available in our rooms to streamline patient care. A valid referral from your GP is required, and please call reception staff to make an appointment on (07) 3714 9093. Dr Dover completed his medical degree in 2006.
Prior to medicine he completed degrees in dietetics and exercise science, working in the health and fitness industry for years as a dietitian and exercise physiologist.He went back to study medicine in 2003 with a view to become an Endocrinologist, with a special interest in diabetes as well as general endocrinology.

Kombi Clinic

Our successful Kombi Clinic is a Medeco and Inala Medical Institute of Research initiative brought in to provide Hepatitis C patients with easy and FREE access to lifesaving medical treatment.
Manned by our two flamingo clad 'superheroes' Dr Matthew Young and Dr Joss O'Loan, the Kombi drives around Brisbane each week to provide assessment, management and curative treatment to anyone and everyone with Hepatitis C.
