We provide contract labour-hire, staffing and recruitment services throughout Australia, specialising in the Territory. CLF operates a licensed agency utilising ODCO - The Independent Contracting System(R), which has been supplying independent contractors to business and industry, on an 'as-needs' basis, for over 30 years.
We supply a high standard of contractors and trades-persons and we deal in volume, which means that you save time, money, and effort for a better result. The contractor/s we supply to you are yours to direct, and the onus of inspection and satisfaction is yours. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the contractor/s, simply send the contractor/s off site and inform us of your dissatisfaction.

Odco Contracting has been around for over 30 years. It started in the building industry in Melbourne in 1976. Since 1994, it has spread to other states and other industries using a system of licensed agencies. Centre Labour Force is one of those agencies. We refer to you as an Odco contractor because that is the name of the legal case the system is founded on.

Went there asking questions if they had facilities such as computers to make up resume etc. Arrogant Indian just stared at me and smirked. I had to ask again. I ended up walking out the service was un professional. I found Indians are poor character people. They just look for an angle to take advantage of people. Indians lack morals when it comes to money and honestly. Very unfortunate Alice-springs and Australia allow too many Indians into this country.
