These unit blocks are very tired, poorly designed with each window a view of someone elses unit, no wifi, flyscreens & the beds are uncomfortable. I would not recommend this accomodation.

Great location for a budget holiday apartment, It's not 5 star but for $105.00 a night it was pretty good value. The furnishings are extremely simple and probably a little out dated but that's simply me being picky. The kitchen had all the basic cookware. The bedrooms were big but the beds themselves are old and worn, also the bedding was old. There is a washing machine and dryer in unit. The overall cleaning of the unit as I walked in was not very good I would only give it a 2 out of 5, but once I had given it a clean myself it wasn't too bad. Very poor performance the owner of this place should get out of the gig or get some customer service skills if he insists on putting himself at the front desk... It was the alike to trying to get through customs at the international where he couldnt deal with the fact that his guest was getting frustrated. This guy really has no clue how to handle a reception desk! He was prompting all of the problems while i had to feed him the solutions - dude im paying you & i am tired how about you sort it out and let your guests rest easy... If you want professionalism and decent efficient service book somewhere

I booked a superior apartment with a spa but somehow the online booking system directed me to the not so superior apartment instead. Apparently I fell for it because it was clearly defined in the fine print of the booking confirmation. Yes after payment was processed. I also put in a special request about an extra parking bay. Never heard anything back. But before that when I arrived the managers were on lunch and left a envelope with my key and some directions. I was already confused because I got into the car park and could not find my space. It was such a tiny parking area I was lucky to get
