First I want to say that I've been in the graphics business for 40 years, so I have worked with a lot of suppliers in my time. I've done a few orders with them. The first was great service, turn-around as promised. The second, delayed a few days. The third, they missed a file and it took a week to get it printed. I emailed them some questions about the product and the missing file, and got an email response over two weeks later (after the job was complete). The person helping me was sometimes responsive and other times very unresponsive. I finally re-uploaded the missing file, 5 days later and

Terrible service. I ordered a custom mask and most of it is illegible. They state that they stand by the proof and that is is an accurate representation of what you will receive but it is nowhere close. This was for an important and sad occasion. They refuse to fix it and rush the order and only refund 25% of what is spent. Try another company. This one will disappoint you.

I have already done that as you can see by my review. There is no time since you take "three days to process" even if the poor quality is on your end. I wrote this in case someone else has a one time

Absolutely thrilled. I ordered a big 70" x 48" perforated window cling from signs.com. The price was right and the print is perfect! Way to go signs.com! They even sent along a felt squeegee with the order! - we'll do it again soon.

Ive always had excellent experiences with Signs.com. Quality and turnaround time are impressive for the price. Ive had a few signs arrive damaged from shipping and they always replace them immediately. Their website makes it very easy to order and pricing is transparent. Highly recommended.
