Its the worst hotel pay little extra and go to a better place. I stayed for 3 nights, the first night was only for few hours. However, the second night there was no electricity and they dont have extra lights, no water to buy from the front desk, no access to the front door! You dont want to know what happened in the third night!!! There was a guy in the parking lot screaming until 10AM!!!! I couldnt even sleep for few minutes!! No one did anything about it!! He was very very loud!

The room is super clean with a laminate floor, neat wall mount counter, hideaway lights and modern feeling wallpaper. The check-in staff is super nice. When he reminded us there is a homeless person outside, he used a very humane tone to talk about that person. And the rate is very low compared with similar hotels nearby. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms are big , the hotel is located next to shell gas station near the metro. I booked this for my vacation In LA coz my friend lives nearby and its accessible for her via metro. Bathroom is big with strong water pressure and hot water. King bed , pillows are good. Ac is old but working , cools the room quickly not too noisy. Parking is the best! $15 / night. At night there are homeless sleeping outside . No free water in the room, can buy at the lobby or gas station next door. Snack are in the lobby too. Sadly , i asked for housekeeping but they didnt clean the room. I followed up the next

Rooms are CLEAN and updated, what you see on the website is what you get! Staff are friendly too. I hope this hotel stays this good because clean hotels are hard to come by under the $200 price range.
Update: stayed again 6 months later. Property is still well kept. Rooms are very clean. The cleaning staff seriously needs to be commended for the amazing job they do. The towels smell super clean too! It's the little things . I'm adding photos of the room we got this time.

My friends came down from AZ to visit me and stayed at this hotel. As I was taking them around LA, we stopped at the hotel for a quick second to grab a charger from their room and I decided to buy a water from the lobby/front desk. $2 for the water thats fine by me, but what isnt fine is them charging my card another $20 without my consent. After noticing the charge a week later I contact the hotel over the phone and they try to play it off as a parking fee, WHEN I WASNT EVEN STAYING AT THE HOTEL/DRIVING. They had me call back the next day to speak with a manager about the refund, only

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Arrived there, tried to park in the interior parking lot but my vehicle was too large to fit. After driving around for 30 minutes we couldn't find any parking since it's the heart of LA. We spoke with the front desk, Oscar, who said he'd give a full refund. 6 days later I called them, spoke with management and Oscar again, they got defensive and said "They'd speak to the supervisor". Didn't even do anything with the refund. 10 days later I'm going through my credit card to dispute this stupid charge. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.
