David has helped us with several properties. However, he went well above and beyond with our last property. From the beginning we had issues getting finance as our circumstances are a little different and complicated. After signing the contract for our home, the bank withdrew pre-approval and we were left hanging.

After being referred to David through some family friends after having some headaches dealing with banks directly, David was able to provide a comprehensive picture of what we needed to do to get ourselves into a better position to look more attractive as a borrower. With his clear advice we went to work on improving our position and within 6 months were able to purchase a home well above even our most optimistic expectations (even in the current market).
