Questions
What is energy healing and how does it work?
Energy healing restores balance by clearing blockages in your energetic field. Practitioners like Diana use intuitive techniques to channel universal energy, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
Can remote healing sessions be as effective as in-person?
Yes. Energy work transcends physical boundaries, allowing remote sessions to achieve the same depth as in-person sessions through focused intention and spiritual connection.
What happens during a space energy cleansing?
A remote space cleansing clears negative energies from your home or workspace using intuitive energy work. The process removes residual trauma, harmonizes the environment, and restores energetic flow to promote peace and clarity.
How do I prepare for a spiritual clearing?
Set a clear intention, ensure privacy during the session, and remain open to receiving insights. Post-clearing, stay hydrated and allow time for integration of the energetic shifts.
Are energy sprays safe for daily use?
Yes. Trinity Health and Living's energy sprays, like the Trinity Energy Spray, are formulated with natural ingredients and energetic frequencies for daily clearing, healing, and protection.

Exceptional service and services delivered by Diana with a range of modalities to assist with all range of issues. After seeing many doctors to relieve pain due to a neck injury with minimal relief Diana via alternative therapy was able to relieve my pain. Thanks Diana for your care and service. Very grateful. And highly recommend her and taking a chance at something alternative.
