This week I have both received and sent flower arrangements from Belflora after the sad passing of my sister. The flowers I received are beautiful, the flowers I sent were amazing, beautiful and breathtaking. I didn't choose the flowers/ colours but the colours and flowers were just what my dear sister would have loved. To say I am impressed is an understatement.

Amazing service, beautiful arrangement, friendly and helpful staff! After being done over by roses only (who text me at 4pm the day flowers were supposed to be delivered, and cancelled on me), I turned to Belflora at 5.30pm. The staff were so friendly and helpful and in their final half hour of trading for the day, put together a gorgeous arrangement! After having such a horrible afternoon freaking out over a bunch of flowers, I am soooo thankful to Belflora for literally saving my day!!

I ordered flowers from belflora for a staff member and what I got was absolutely terrible paid $152.00 and the flowers were dead asked for a refund and the girl said oh its from the heat and the driver couldnt find the address but NO REFUND she said the flowers looked beautiful wish I could put a photo up to show you as they are not nice at all and very expensive! Very disappointing experience for my elderly mum. She ordered a pretty pink $100 arrangement to be delivered to a bereaved friend in her late 80s. Photo sent by her friend looked quite different, could only see one pink gerbera. Mum felt obliged to call her and apologise for what was delivered. Do not recommend.

My friend sent me some beautiful sunflowers today, delivered by Belfora. The gentleman who brought them to the door was super lovely and helped me with the door as ive got a broken foot. Wonderful flowers and beautifully wrapped. Ill be sending flowers from here next time!

I just got of the phone to some one who just answered the phone 'BELFORA'
Last minute call on my behalf was seeing if I could possibly get a last minute delivery for my sister's birthday as I am in Melbourne and can't be there. The tone I got was of someone who did not want to be at work. I understand your busy but what you my not realize is that I have only used beflora for over 15 years and have become quite used to friendly professional and organized staff. Telling me that you could do something later in the afternoon and it would be just "what ever you have left" would not have been a issue
