As a Personal Trainer I take your personal training, fitness and weight loss goals at Plus Fitness Alkimos seriously and understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging physically and more important mentally. Most people think that you get results in the gym, nothing could be further from the truth.

Unless you are doing it right, muscle is torn and inflamed in the gym, usually the most fun but most often the most unproductive part. Discipline, hormones (insulin, testosterone, estrogen, ghreline, leptin), eating/macros, sleep and especially, optimal and safe training is what gets results. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your dreams.
