Have been going there for while. The customer service is very average as they are very busy, run around and serve 10 customers at a time. Since the prices went up 20 - 30% this year unfortunately I don't think I will be coming back. They only have one trained hairdresser who cuts, Ronda the owner, so if she is occupied you just sit and wait. Once I waited an extra 50 minites to get a cut and blow-dry after my colour as she prioritised other walk-ins who were in a "hurry". The price increased but the customer service decreased

I'm sorry this place was so rundown. They were not cleaning the hair brushes between clients. There was a whole tub of them and they had So much hair in each of them. They used them on my hair. I had gotten highlights. They had originally had 1 lady working on my hair then another lady joined. Originally lady highlighted from forehead to the back of my head and the other lady did the left and right sides. I can understand why they did this, to save time. However both of their techniques were different. End result: the lady who did the highlights on my sides were much chunkier, and I mean noticeably

Ronda and her staff are professionals. They are the only hairdressers i could find to make my hair a perfect and vibrant red. Their prices are extremely fair and the service is 5 star. I recommend to anyone as they can do blonds and reds as well as all other styles. They also have waxing and lasering services available.

I honestly could not be happier with the job Ronda and the girls have done. What a fantastic experience! I absolutely love the colour and foils created for me and as someone who's super picky about who does my hair, I'm so glad I went to this salon. Will definitely be a return customer from now on. Thank you so much ladies.
