Absolutely catastrophic experience. Blinds arrived with 4 weeks delay after I received multiple emails reassuring me they would be delivered by the end of the week. 3 consecutive weeks. Then some random email that explained why the factory manager thought it was safer not to dispatch them on a Friday so they wouldn't be in some warehouse at the weekend. As if blinds were perishable goods. Finally no instructions whatsoever so the electrician had to come out twice which cost me a fortune. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

When i ordered my blind and paid for this i was told it would be about 3 to 4 weeks. I waited over 7 weeks for blind to be made and turn up I had to constantly chase this to be told awaiting steel / metal shaft for the blind that had to come from from Spain because they were not happy with the steel they had in stock. When i did get blind delivered the box was damaged and when i opened it up so was the blind damaged, they arranged to pick it up on the monday March 29th over a week later. On the Tuesday i had to chase them again only to be told that it they had just got it back and told the factory

I had ordered atleast 6 perfect fit blinds from this company. As seen in the attached picture, the thumb holder is so fragile that they break after few usage. When I asked customer service to send me replacement they asked me to pay for it. Will recommend to go for other reliable blinds companies online. Avoid
