After a bunch of locksmiths put me in the too hard basket, Tom took on the challenge of fixing the ignition barrel / key to my 1977 ford transit camper. Awesome effort, job done, wife happy, now after months of trying to fix it, we are in lockdown and cant go anywhere.

I needed a replacement key for my Toyota Yaris which it appears can be a challenge.When I called I was quoted a very high amount compared to other automotive locksmiths. I was told not to trust any other Locksmiths because they were the only registered dealers besides two others on the North Coast. I agreed that they check my car but they could not fix it. I was told they would get back to me if someone in their business could sort out the issue. I never heard from them again.

Cannot thank Tom enough . He went above and beyond to firstly get into our car which had a broken barrel lock, broken door handle and a flat battery ( the latter thanks to NRMA who managed to switch on the hazard lights but couldnt unlock the car). Tom had it open in five minutes . Fixed the lock, programmed the key and jump started the car. BMW offered zero advice. Another locksmith I rang gave me ultimates number and said if they cant get into the car, youll need a brick. Tom spent 2 1/2 hours getting us sorted. BMW wanted 464 dollars just for a key which wouldnt have solved
