An employer can sponsor an employee from overseas for either Permanent Resident or Temporary Visa, depending on the applicant meeting the requirements such as qualifications, work experiences and occupations. Please contact JKN Migration for a free assessment on your eligibility.
Unless exempted, 457 (business long stay) visa applicants English test is required, you will need to score minimum of 5 in each band (reading, writing, speaking and listening) in IELTS test.For ENS and RSMS applicant, a vocational English (IELTS 5 each band) or a competent English (IELTS 6 each band) is required depending on whether you are applying through Temporary Residence stream or a Direct Entry stream.
