Everything you need to know to make an informed decision about our professional catering services operating since 2008. I would require 7 meters long by 3 meters wide on preferable flat level ground for my setup and will require access to the party address approx 2.5 to 3 hours prior to the food service time, for setup.
Private Catering

We mainly focus on private catering so we can provide you with a high level of service and a consistent top quality product. I use par baked pizza bases so the yeast is fully cooked so you end up with a thin crispy base that is easy to digest, as compared to hand stretched pizza bases where the outer crust is thinker than the base so its often not properly cook through so you end up eating raw dough and feeling bloated and heavy.

We specialise in catering for Weddings, offering a very unique personalised service where I personally work with the bride and groom to insure your catering needs for your special day are organised and stress free.
Prior to your special day I will be in communication with the bride and groom about your requirements such as setup location, any dietary requirements that you or your guests may have, working in with your with your run sheet so we are all on the same page, so on the day there are no surprises.

Corporate Catering

Do you have an upcoming Corporate Event or a team building event and are trying to find a mobile caterer to come to your place of work?. We arrive at your work place or alternatively an agreed offsite location with our woodfired pizza oven built on a 8x5 foot trailer and setup our 3x3 meter all weather marquee for our food preparation area where will provide your staff with amazing woodfired pizzas prepaid and cooked on site.
