When the person who got the flowers I sent cried and said "she has never gotten such beautiful flowers in her life before", that in itself is a better review than I can ever write. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and of course... beautiful flowers!

On a warm day, this florist left a bunch of flowers on the doorstep, with no water. The carnations were dead and the other flowers were wilting badly. Given that I was only away from the house for 2 hours, I question how fresh they were from the start. I immediately phoned the florist, who was very negative and off-hand about the whole thing. She told me to complain to the delivery person.
Surely, this is the florist's problem, not the delivery person's, or mine. A sad experience, for a sad occasion.
