Hi we take complaints very serious, and like to provide the perfect result on every job, every time.
Unfortunately, we are an engineering service company, and for many reasons, this does not happen every time. Many of the issues, are timing issues. Clients machinery only breaks down when they are using it, and an instant result is not always possible. As was the case with this project. The client was offered a temporary solution, while we procured the correct parts for his project. Another issue, is that we can't control who installs, and what quality control measures are put in place by our customers
