What are your cancellation policies?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% charge, while no-shows are charged 100% of the service cost.
Do you offer children's haircuts?
Yes, we provide haircuts for children under 15 with pricing starting at $38. A $10 surcharge applies during peak times.
Are your stylists trained in sustainable practices?
Yes, our team undergoes continual education in sustainable methods to minimise environmental impact while maintaining high service standards.
Can I exchange hair products?
Unopened products can be exchanged within two washes for a similar value item. We do not offer refunds.
Do you provide keratin treatments?
Yes, we offer keratin treatments like SmoothPlus and XT, priced between $368 and $595 depending on hair length and thickness.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, with a 3% surcharge applied to Saturday appointments. Direct debit and cash are also available.

I also thought it was really nice that as a new customer I was given a voucher for my next cut, on my way out. I'd have been back anyway but that sweetened the deal Thank you

Oh my where did Do i start, first time visiting Rubi hair was just amazing & welcoming, my senior hairstylist Lesley she was just amazing, she listen to what I wanted to achieve and guess what she worked her magical hands and gave me the best haircut I had ever and not to forget the best fringe I had in 4 years.
