Now offering Zoom and Telehealth on Fridays and Saturdays. With any luck we'll be on the other side of lockdown 6.5 soon and face-to-face consultations will be able to resume in Castlemaine on Wednesdays and alternate Saturdays. I have been assisting individuals and families to feel better for over 15 years with the use of naturopathic medicine.

This involves looking at the underlying causes of any illness or condition and supporting the body back to health with the use of nutritional and herbal medicines, dietary advice and lifestyle guidance. I'm passionate about 'food as medicine' and enjoy educating and supporting people to help create positive change in their lives.
